classes at Coast Elite help your child to become stronger, increase
their flexibility and learn the basics of gymnastics in a fun, safe
and supportive environment. |
For girls and boys ages 5-12
Beginning and intermediate gymnasts alike will find our gymnastar
class fun and challenging.
This class introduces gymnastics terminology and basic skills
on all four gymnastics events - plus tumble track! There are
four levels of skills in gymnastar, and students will have the
opportunity to show them off in our twice-yearly class show.

Boys
For boys ages 5-12
Our boys’ class focuses on developing strength, flexibility,
balance and agility through a fun variety of gymnastics activities.
Boys’ classes spend a good deal of time on tumbling skills,
but also use the other events. Rope climbing and tumble track
are also typical activities.

Classes available for girls and boys ages 5-18 |

Tumbling class is perfect for cheerleaders, dancers, or students
who just want some extra time to perfect their floor skills. Classes
are designed to accomodate all skill levels, so beginner and advanced
tumblers alike will benefit from this concentrated tumbling practice.
